Where can I get other colors?  What colors are available?

Origami offers a wide variety of colors.  Some colors are seasonal and some colors are discontinued. Our primary colors year round are white, black, bronze and pewter.  If you have any special requests, we can help point you in the right direction.  If you can not find the product you are looking for on our web store, we are out of stock for the time being.  Please check back periodically for more stock.

Do we offer special discounts?

The best way to get special discounts and promo codes is to join our Home Essentials program. By being a member of our loyalty program and subscribing to our email list, you will get the latest scoop and details on new releases.

Why do some retailers sell Origami products for cheaper?

Retailers carry different color, quality and sizes of our products.  Sometimes the products may be a different price because they are close out inventory. Some retailers may also have a cheaper product because it is a different model and quality of the current version. At Origamirack, the quality is always the newest model unless advertised.

Are some items discontinued?

Unfortunately some items are discontinued.  However, if you reach out to service@origamirack.com they might be able to help you locate the item you are looking for.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order you must email tiffany@origamirack.com within 4 hours after you purchase.  Orders are processed continuously throughout the day and they can not be canceled after 4 hours.

I ordered more than one item, but only one has arrived?

Most of our products are shipped individually because of the shape and size of the products.  The tracking number that you receive is the master tracking number. If you follow the tracking number in Fedex tracking you will see a multiple shipment tab, which will show you where all your shipments are.

I do not see any movement on my tracking number?

We usually recommend waiting 2-3 days after you receive a tracking number to see movement on it.  Sometimes Fedex is backlogged and does not scan shipments instantly.

My products arrived damaged?

Can I choose the color I want for the open box items?

Unfortunately you can not choose the color from the open box collections.  All the products are already packaged and sealed and there is no way to determine the color.

I want to change my order.  How can i do that?

If you want to change your order please reach to Tiffany@Origamirack.com within 4 hours after purchase.  We are not able to change your order after 4 hours.  We can only change the color of the product ordered if the color is available.  We can not change items that are of different prices or style

I forgot to enter a promo code, is it too late?

Unfortunately we can not honor promo codes if they are not used at check out or used after the expiration date.
