Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with Origamirack.com.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Origamirack.com ships to the continental United States, except Alaska.  Origamirack.com does not ship to Hawaii and U.S. territories such as Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau.  

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Our preferred method is Fedex Ground.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO address
Origamirack.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).  Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated once your email confirmation has been received. 

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.  If you would like to order outside of the U.S.  Please contact service@origamirack.com with the item(s) that you are interested in and your address to get a shipping quote.  

Returns Policy
Origamirack.com takes full responsibility for all items having manufacturer defects or items damaged upon delivery. If you would like to return your product, please contact service@origamirack.com.  Once your return is approved, please mail your item(s) to the following address:

Once the product is received and inspected, please allow 24-48 hours for a refund to be given.  

Origami Rack is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
